Ezyperf needs you to manage our existing portfolio of key accounts (Danone, Coty, EDF, etc.) and revitalize the portfolio with new offerings!
This position serves as a stepping stone to a sales manager role
🛠️ If you accept, here are your tasks:
- Participate in events within our ecosystem as a representative of Ezyperf and its practices
- Identify, attract, and convert new customers
- Expand our portfolio and grow our network of partners
- Manage CRM data and sales performance KPIs
- Work closely with the CEO on strategy and with the production team on implementation
- Monitor needs
🎓 Skills & Profile:
- You have a management background with at least two years of experience and a master’s degree from a business or engineering school
- You have an active network to rely on
- You are involved in professional associations
- Your big-picture perspective allows you to understand the various levels of customer needs
- You’re a “hunter” at heart and love taking on challenges
- You enjoy working as part of a team, while also being independent and organized
- You have a knack for negotiation
- You know how to listen and come up with ideas
- You can work in English (write and speak)
- You're 200% motivated
What we offer:
🏠 Work location: Cergy / On-site and hybrid with remote work
💸 Base salary of $35,000–$50,000 + competitive bonus
