FiPlus is the meta-network for corporate finance professionals in France. Created in 2011, FiPlus brings together corporate finance clubs for alumni from prestigious universities, engineering schools, and professional corporate finance organizations.
The association promotes corporate finance, the diversity of its professions, and best practices, and actively contributes to discussions related to the transformation of the profession.

Event 2023: FiPlus celebrates its 10th anniversary!
On January 16, 2023, the FiPlus Association organized a major conference and evening event to celebrate its 10th anniversary at the Salons des Arts et Métiers in Paris. More than 170 guests were in attendance, including CFOs (chief financial officers), CEOs (chief executive officers), VPs (vice presidents), etc.
An evening event where various speakers came together to discuss the theme:"Long term, short term – Let's reinvent sustainable and connected corporate finance together."
A rich program featuring:
- A keynote speech by Pascal QUIRY and moderation by Cécile DESJARDINS
- A first round table moderated by Camille GEORGE: "Short term, long term, and sustainable strategy... Can finance reconcile all these issues?" with: Romain Broutier, Emmanuelle BRUN-NECKEBROCK, and Fanny LETIER.
- A second round table moderated by Sylvain LAVIOLETTE: "Data and governance, fundamental pillars of CSR?" Romain Barré, Thomas HUAUT, Sabrina Maggio, and Alexandra Rivoire.
The conferences were followed by a cocktail reception, providing an opportunity for discussion, reunions, and networking, thanks in particular to the many partners, including ezyperf!

A partner for over 10 years, ezyperfwas present at this evening event. An ezyperfstand was set up to present the company's activities and solutions. The ezyteamalso lent a hand with the logistics and organization of the event.
Sylvain LAVIOLETTE, founder and CEO ofezyperfand active member of the FiPlus association's board, led a round table discussion on the issue of"Dataand Governance: Fundamental Pillars of CSR?" The discussion focused on the evolution of finance professions in the service of a more sustainable strategy and the importance of combining long-term (strategy) and short-term perspectives in order to go beyond short-term performance and help companies become regenerative in order to create holistic value.
