The company seminar...

In recent years, the corporate seminar is an activity that is developing more and more in France. Indeed, according to a study, 84% of companies regularly organize a seminar. (Source: Coach Omnium Barometer).

The company seminar represents a moment of sharing between all or part of the employees of a company, in order to discuss the problems, themes and visions of the company.

It usually takes place over several days and outside the company premises to encouragecollective intelligence, improve performance , and motivate teams.

Working better together

Last October, the wholeezyperfteam from Reims moved to La Turbine in Cergy for the two-day ezyteam seminar led by Susanne Liepmann .Throughout the seminar,

  • exchanges,
  • workshops,
  • round tables,
  • coaching,

were organized to work on the theme "Working better together". Working better together". The objective? To get to know each other better and strengthen the cohesion of the team for even better performance and and customer service. It was also an opportunity to discusse and time management. These are important topics to better respond to theimprovement of our management tools.

And of course, the whole team competed in a game of bowling where everyone wasable to show their talents !

The adventure continues

Once the seminar is over, it is important to follow up on the actions that have been orwill be implemented. That is why each person is committed to moving forward andworking on the issues raised during the seminar.

A new company seminar will be organized in December, this time in the Reims premises, to take stock of theprogress made on the issues raised and to discuss future projects. It will also be a time for everyone to get together for the end-of-year celebrations.

A big thank you to the whole ezyteamfor their involvement and especially to Susanne Liepmann for her support during the seminar.
