In recent years, corporate seminars have become an increasingly popular activity in France. According to one study, 84% of companies regularly organize seminars. (Source: Baromètre Coach Omnium).
A corporate seminar is an opportunity for all or some of a company's employees to get together and discuss issues, topics, and visions relating to the company.
It usually takes place over several days and outside the company premises to promotecollective intelligence, improve performance, andmotivate teams.
Working better together
Last October, the entireezyperfteam from Reims traveled to the Cergy offices at La Turbine for a two-day ezyteam seminar led bySusanne Liepmann. Throughout the seminar,
- exchanges,
- workshops,
- round tables,
- coaching,
were organized to work on the theme of "Working better together." The goal? To get to know each other better andstrengthen teamcohesion for even better performance and customer service. It was also an opportunity to address a number of topics, such as our positioning and time management. These are important topics forimproving our management tools.
And of course, the whole team competed in abowlingmatch where everyone got to show off their skills!

Once the seminar is over, it is important tofollow up on the actionsthat have beenimplementedorare about to be implemented. That is why everyone hascommittedtomoving forwardandworking on the issues raisedduring the seminar.
Anew corporate seminarwill be held inDecember, this time at theReims offices, to reviewprogressonthe issues raisedanddiscuss future projects.It will also be an opportunity for everyone to get together for the holiday season.
