🛠️ If you accept, here are your tasks:
- Provide support to the Administrative and Quality Manager
- Managing financial administration: Tracking invoices and contracts, entering accounting data, document archiving, etc.
- Managing human resources: Payroll, Employee ID Numbers, Leave, etc.
- Organize and manage orders independently, in accordance with needs and within the budget established with management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the company and provide support for events
🎓 Skills & Profile:
- You have a two-year degree in Assistant Management and/or SME/SMI Management Assistance
- You have at least one year of experience in a similar position
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office
- You enjoy working as part of a team, taking on challenges, and you’re able to work independently and stay organized
- You have expertise in labor law, social legislation, and accounting/management
- You're 200% motivated
What we offer:
🏠 Work location: Cergy, with the option to work remotely
💸 Salary: $24,000–$30,000 depending on qualifications
