Ezyperf needs you to manage our existing portfolio of key accounts (Danone, Coty, EDF, etc.) and revitalize the portfolio with new offerings!

This position is a stepping stone to a general manager role in the near future.

🛠️ If you accept, here are your tasks:

• Develop and implement the sales strategy
• Lead the sales team
• Participate in events within our ecosystem as a representative of Ezyperf and its practices
• Identify, attract, and convert new customers
• Expand our portfolio and grow our network of partners
• Manage CRM data and sales performance KPIs
• Work closely with the CEO on strategy and with the production team on implementation
• Monitor needs

🎓 Skills & Profile: 

• 5 to 10 years of experience in customer service and/or IT
• You have an active network to rely on
• You are involved in professional associations
• You feel comfortable interacting with executives or members of the executive committee
• Your big-picture perspective allows you to understand the various levels of customer needs
• Do you enjoy "hunting" and taking on challenges?
• You enjoy working as part of a team, while also being independent and organized
• You have a knack for negotiation
• You know how to listen and come up with ideas
• You can work in English (write and speak)
• You're 200% motivated

What we offer:

🏠 Work location: Cergy / On-site and hybrid with remote work

💸 Base salary of $60,000–$80,000 + competitive bonus
