During this Covid19 crisis, we have all been confronted with the perilous exercise of building the Forecast!
Working on long exercises of building estimates, forecasts already obsolete at the time of its presentation really does not make sense anymore.

The COVID crisis has exacerbated this effect even more.
The lesson to be learned and "which goes with the flow of history" is to work more on our ability to react and agility.
The key to success lies in:
- The organisation of agile internal processes, capable of reacting according to current events, the market and our own ambitions.
- The use of facilitating tools, allowing us to work by exception, in Top Down mode, by iterative scenarios.

It seems to us to be more appropriate to promote a continuous improvement approach for more efficient and less time-consuming management
