During this Covid19 crisis, we have all been confronted with the perilous exercise of building the Forecast!
Working on long exercises of building estimates, of forecasts already obsolete at the time of its presentation really does not make sense anymore.

The COVID crisis has further exacerbated this effect.
The lesson to be learned, which is "in line with history", is to work more on our capacity for reactivity and agility.
The key to success lies in:
- The organisation of agile internal processes, capable of reacting to current events, the market and its own ambitions.
- The use of facilitating tools, allowing to work by exception, in Top Down mode, by iterative scenarios.

We believe it is more appropriate to promote a continuous improvement approach for more efficient and less time-consuming management
