How did your interviews go?
"After applying on LinkedIn, I was quickly contacted for an interview with HR. Then I was able to meet my future manager and the founder ofezyperfto discuss the position. Finally, they told me the great news, my integration into the ezyteam.
Do you have any advice for successful interviews?
"First of all, you have to find out about the company, its missions, its values, etc. You also have to know the missions of the position you are applying for and your role in the company. You also need to know the tasks of the position you are applying for and your role in the company. I would also advise future candidates not to be afraid to ask questions, to be themselves and to trust each other".
What was your integration process?
"On the day of my arrival, I was welcomed by the whole team over breakfast. I was then shown the premises and given my work equipment. Sylvain (the founder) and the managers showed me around the company and then we toasted my arrival over a good meal with the whole team. I felt immediately integrated into the ezyteam.
