"After applying on LinkedIn, I was quickly contacted for an interview with HR. I then met my future manager and the founder ofezyperfto discuss the position. Finally, they gave me the great news that I'd be joining the ezyteam.

Do you have any advice for successful interviews?

"First of all, you need to find out about the company, its missions, values and so on. You also need to know what the position you're applying for entails, as well as your role within the company. I'd also advise future candidates not to be afraid to ask questions, to be themselves and to trust each other".

What was your integration process?

"The day I arrived, I was welcomed by the whole team over breakfast. I was then shown around the premises and given my work equipment. Sylvain (the founder) and the managers showed me around the whole company, and then we toasted my arrival over a good meal with the whole team. I immediately felt part of the ezyteam".
