How did you start at ezyperf?

"I joined ezyperfin January 2021 as an assistant project manager for a 6-month internship. Following this internship, ezyperfoffered me a fixed-term contract to finance the end of my studies.

What is your role today?

"Today, I have a permanent contract as a Project Manager in the production team. I am in charge of one of our biggest clients and I am also training the new assistant project manager.

Where do you see yourself in three years?

"In 3 years' time, I would very much like to evolve as a Project Manager. Thanks to ezyperf, I will be able to enrich my technical skills and propose new ideas to improve the project method.

How did you become a partner at ezyperf?

"After an internship as a Project Manager at Savencia (ezyperf's client). I set up my own business developing industrial software for SMEs. Very quickly, I was able to work for ezyperfon the deployment of other operational management tools. Then Sylvain, the founder ofezyperf, naturally asked me to join as a partner.

Why ezyperf?

" ezyperfis a good way to bridge the gap between technology and the business itself. The fact that I work for both SME clients and managers of large companies all over the world is very rewarding. The versatility, creativity and innovation are also things that attracted me very quickly.

What advice would you give to develop at ezyperf?

"I would say that you have to show initiative, you have to be autonomous but also benevolent. You have to cultivate excellence, keep your feet on the ground, be pragmatic but above all know how to remain humble and have a team spirit.
